Sutton Foster won the Tony Award for Best Actress for her performance in Anything Goes. Star Search was her first television appearance at the young age of fifteen. She then appeared in Bunheads and Psych and also Johnny and the Sprites and Flight of the Conchords. Sutton Foster has toured the United States and internationally as a soloist along with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish", her first solo CD as well the second one, "An evening With Sutton Foster Live at Caf Carlyle". Sutton Foster was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Ball State University in 2011. She is also on the faculty of Ball State University as a instructor and advisor for dance. She is a part of the TV show "Younger" produced by Darren Star, since March 2015.
