Yael stone, a New York City-based Australian resident, portrayed Lorna Morello on Orange Is the New Black in 2013. Yael has a degree from NIDA. Yael has been fortunate from a very young age to have worked with Australia's premier storytellers and performers and pioneers within the TV, film and theatre industries. Yael enjoys a rich career with a thriving career in Australia. A continuing collaboration with Australia's much-lauded director Neil Armfield culminated in the internationally-renowned production Diary of a Madman, in which she starred opposite Academy- Emmy- and Tony Award-winning actor Geoffrey Rush. Yael was pleased to have found her new home when Brooklyn Academy of Music, which was the venue where the production premiered to critical acclaim, became her home. New York City.
